The measurement of user satisfaction or dissatisfaction is an important marker of experience feedback which makes it possible to improve the service's quality and deal with erroneous cases which would not be directly visible but would have consequences on the overall performance of the service to fulfill the expected features.

Have the notification of all machine / user interactions been taken into account to systematically give the user the result of his actions and manage errors ?
Does the user have the means to check the information presented in the service ?
Are each of the actions initiated by the user ?
Are users informed that confidential information is being collected ?
