Recommendation : 9. Value: be genuine with your users
Have the notification of all machine / user interactions been taken into account to systematically give the user the result of his actions and manage errors ?
Are all error cases tested internally and by end users?
Actions triggered by the user can lead to errors. In order to prevent the user from repeating the same errors, he must be informed that an error has occurred and indicate the cause or the procedure to correct it. On the contrary, when an action takes place without anomalies, the user must also know it so as not to repeat the same action.
