The efficient use of a digital service is based on the user's understanding of how to meet their expectations. The information that the digital service communicates must allow this efficiency, nevertheless unnecessary information can confuse its comprehension and generate behaviors which are not optimal and thus generating useless actions for the user and impacting for the environment.

Are user feedback of the service taken into account ?
