Precisions
A digital service has a lifespan that it is important to extend as much as possible. Often there is a beta version, then other features will be added by and by. It is important to raise these questions from the design of the service with the various partners and customers in order to develop a flexible and adaptable service over time. This will limit the financial and environmental costs in the long term because the service will be scalable, thus extending its lifespan.
