Universal IT Sustainable Indicators are not really available, which can lead to spending a lot of energy and resources on defining the best indicators. This represents an overload in the project which can lead to questioning the treatment of Sustainable IT impacts in the projects. It would be a shame if the credibility of Sustainable IT benefits were downgraded due to search for measurement points.
