Precisions
Hosted services do not always have the same performance needs and are subject to strong variations in load, during the day, week, month or year. The sizing are calibrated to accept the maximum loads which may be over limited time ranges. Outside of these periods, the need for power is reduced and the activity of the systems must be able to be reduced in the same proportions so as not to monopolize energy unnecessarily.
