Recommendation : 3. Avoid active content, keep dynamic content under user control
What videos can we avoid (not useful for understanding the service) ?
Have you validated that the video provides value for the service?
In digital service uses, video streams are one of the elements that consume the most processing resources and exchange volume. Videos should be limited to cases where they add significant value. Video is not accessible to certain audiences and should therefore be limited. On the other hand, it can also allow a simpler perception of a service.
